The problems that can arise in family relationships demand sensitivity and discretion from a lawyer, as well as practical effectiveness. We put great stress on addressing the individual needs of each client, recognising the personal and often delicate nature of the issues involved.

We deal with all aspects of family law, including

::  divorce and separation

::  pre-nuptial agreements and financial settlements

::  living together

::  children proceedings: contact and residence

::  child abduction

We are amongst the country's leading Collaborative Family Practice specilalists. For more information click here.

The team members include accredited mediators and practicing collaborative family lawyers.

Civil Partnership
Since 5 December 2005, same-sex couples have been able to register their relationships under the Civil Partnership Act. Registering a relationship provides the couple with a range of rights and responsibilities akin to marriage. The legal implications of civil partnership are far reaching. Our civil partnership page offers advice on a range of legal issues for those who are contemplating taking the step. Click here to go to the page.
