Sinclair Taylor Management Services Limited formerly Sinclair Taylor Debt Management were established in 1999 by the now joint Managing Director Bill Sinclair. The Sinclair Taylor team, enhanced in 2014 by the addition of joint Managing Director Tom Harris, specialises in the recovery of debts for businesses. Sinclair Taylor has an impressive success rate in recovering debts previously thought ‘uncollectable’.
Taking a business partner approach, we have listened carefully to our Clients’ needs from all types of businesses and have developed a further range of services to include overseas collections, complaint management and some regulatory training for Estate Agents and Lettings Agents.
We can give advice to clients on the writing of their contracts and/or terms and conditions plus manage their complaints for them. A full range of legal services are available using specialist advice as appropriate.
We are specialists in the recovery of Estate Agents’ and Lettings’ debts, and management of their complaints including the issuing of Section 8 and 21 Possession Notices for Lettings Agents.
An area of concern for our Estate Agency clients has been withdrawn instructions. By analysis of withdrawn properties we can identify properties sold to Buyers introduced by the Agent and provide a service in the recovery of such fees.
We also have a unique on line regulatory training and complaint management system to offer to our Estate Agency and Lettings Clients.
