Bill Sinclair

Bill founded Sinclair Taylor, formerly Sinclair Debt Management in February 1999. Having spent 18 years in the Royal Air Force, Bill retired early from that career in 1988 and went to work for Tom Harris at Prudential Property service as the Accounts Manager but soon became the National Accounts Manager. In 1991 the business was acquired by Woolwich Property Services where Bill became the Finance and Operations co-ordinator. One of the duties Bill took over responsibility for was credit control where significant experience was gained in the management of debts and Court processes.

Following the sale of Woolwich Property Services in1999, Bill again reinvented himself and started Sinclair Debt Management. The business has grown steadily and Sinclair Taylor is now a well-respected name within the debt recovery industry especially within Estate Agency.

Wishing to push the business further, Bill was delighted to be joined by Tom in September 2014.  Bill says: “We have a good team at Sinclair Taylor but the addition of Tom helped us to improve the services we proudly give to our customers.  We live in a changing world and we have to grow with it to help our Clients. Tom helps us to achieve that.”

Bill enjoys and has played most sports, mainly football and cricket and some golf but quite badly.

Analysis of data from a variety of clients has historically shown around 25% of withdrawn instructions are sold within 8 months and of these between 5% – 10% are to buyers introduced by our clients.
