Tom joined the team at Sinclair Taylor in September 2014 as joint Managing Director alongside Bill Sinclair and immediately made an impact on the business. Tom has extensive experience at all levels of business, especially Estate Agency which added to the focus and drive of the Sinclair Taylor team.
Tom Joined Ekins Dilley and Handley in 1971 and by the time the business was sold to the Prudential in 1985 had become a Partner. Since that time Tom has held a variety of senior operational positions including Estate Agency, Financial Services and New Homes board positions at Woolwich Property Services, Bradford and Bingley and Countrywide. Tom was also a Board member of The Property Ombudsman.
Tom joined Sinclair Taylor after retiring from his position as a Divisional Director of the country’s largest Estate Agent, Countrywide. In that role Tom was on the Board of Estate Agency, Financial Services, Social Housing, New Homes and Corporate Property.
Tom enjoys almost all sports and has been a keen participant and follower over the years with a focus on football, cricket and golf. For his sins he is a season ticket holder at Peterborough United FC and a member of Middlesex CC.
