Analysis of data from a variety of clients has historically shown around 25% of withdrawn instructions are sold within 8 months and of these between 5% – 10% are to buyers introduced by our clients.
How much money are you losing?
We offer a complete checking and recovery service by:
- Establishing which of your withdrawn properties have been sold subsequently
- Check the public register for buyers introduced by the Agent
- Review the contract to ensure the sale falls within its terms
- Trace the seller where no forwarding address is given
- Claim and recover the fees using courts if appropriate
- All you do is supply us with the appropriate withdrawal data
- A charge is made for the public registry checks and trace fees where necessary but all other work is on a No Recovery – No Fee basis
