Sinclair Taylor recovers thousands of pounds in unpaid withdrawal fees, overdue invoices and unpaid rents each year – with a great deal of success. However, there will always be accounts that need the focus and structure that the legal debt recovery process adds to any action.
Whilst our focus is very much on pre-legal debt recovery, we have an inhouse litigation team that manages all aspects of legal recovery, should it be determined that a positive outcome is achievable.
Our Debt Assessment Process (DAP) is applied to any accounts where our standard letter and telephone collection has not been successful. We work with the client, executing pre-litigation reports and a unique scoring system to identify if the account holder is in a position financially to settle the outstanding sums. This avoids further time, money, and resource for our clients.
Our highly trained litigation team have extensive experience in all aspects of legal recovery from issuing proceedings right through to enforcement. In collaboration with our SRA regulated Solicitor Partners all aspects of our legal service are conducted professionally, courteously and in accordance with all current legislation.
